The staff at check in were very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the location was excellent to where we were going. The coffee was AMAZING! It literally had beans and it grinded them right there and tasted so good!!!!

The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is nice. I also like that fresh coffee is available 24/7.

Very clean. Friendly. Breakfast set up was best ive seen. Coffee was great. Beds very comfortable. The grounds and patio were neat and pleasant.

Location. Clean. Staff was so nice.. the two ladies that checked us in were just the kindest human beings. So sweet . Avid is basic, no thrills hotel but always meets our needs.

The breakfast was good if you like grab and go. The 24 hr coffee/tea/cocoa was a bonus on the cool evenings. The staff were great and very polite and knowledgeable. They take pride in the hotel and guest experience.

It was easily accessible to the main roads to the University of Arkansas campus. Parking was close to the building and the elevator was centrally located to all rooms. It was clean. The shower was roomy. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection from which to choose.

I love how clean and friendly the staff was. I’m shocked that they have full size DOVE shower body wash and shampoo and conditioner! Even has DOVE lotion and hand soap. The room smelled very good when I walked in. I will definitely be staying there again. Also the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for a hotel breakfast.
